Covid-19- To keep everyone safe we ask that every student bring their own mat and wear a mask both entering and exiting the yoga room. Hand sanitizer will be available. Our classes will be kept small to ensure appropriate physical distancing.
Registration- Registering in advance for series eliminates the question if you will have a space in the series. Reservations may be made using the online scheduler, which closes the week prior to the start of the new series. Series are normally 4 or 6 week sessions (exception- beginner class which is 5 weeks). Upon receipt of your registration, an email with details on the series, what to bring, location, parking and so forth will be emailed to you.
For private instruction please email or use the contact us page.
If the series you want to attend is at maximum capacity you will go on a waitlist and will be notified by email if a space in the class opens up.
Arrival- If this is your first class with me, please arrive five minutes prior to class. This allows ample time to fill out a liability release form and gives you the chance to share limitations and/or injuries with me. Returning yogi's are encouraged to come at least five minutes before class to get set up and be in place for the start of the class.
Class will begin promptly at the start time and to ensure everyone's safety and avoid disruption the door will be locked.
Cancellations- effective 8/1/18
Series-If you are pre-registered for a series and are unable to attend, we ask that you please cancel your registration so someone else can get a spot in class. Please cancel series registrations no later than 24 hrs in advance to the start of the series to avoid being charged full price for the class. Cancellations after the start of the series will not be refunded.

Etiquette
1) Please adjust your phone to Do Not Disturb or even off but NOT to vibrate. 2) Please respect the yoga space as a place for peace & quiet and limit conversations so that others can settle into their quiet zone. 3) Please arrive properly hydrated and leave all food and drinks other than a bottle of water outside the yoga space. 4) Shoes- please remove before entering the practice space. Socks are best to be removed for the instructor to monitor proper alignment, however if you have a foot condition for which you need to keep your feet covered that is fine. 5) Yoga is not a competition. Your practice will be different every single day. Remember you are here for yourself, not anyone else. Practice from a place you are, not where you think you should be. Never force to hold or attain a pose. Practice your moves with control.
Props- For mat classes please bring your own mat. I will provide all other props (blocks, straps, chair, etc) as needed however if you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring them.
Fragrances- Please be aware that others may be sensitive to fragrances, perfumes and colognes. We ask that you keep these scents to a minimum on the days you are coming to yoga.
Cleaning- Please clean your mat after class so that we can keep our community healthy. If using any or our props please put them away at the end of class. Treat the bathrooms as unisex and help us to keep them neat and clean for everyone to enjoy.
Parking- Free angle parking is available along the side of the building and on neighboring side streets.
